We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible and provide a smooth delivery experience for our customers.

Shipping Locations
At launch, GRE3N Wellness ships within New Zealand only.
Australian shipping will be available soon.

Processing Times
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. During promotions, product launches and peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer.


Delivery Timeframes
Once dispatched, most New Zealand orders arrive within 1–5 business days depending on location. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
From time to time GRE3N Wellness may offer free shipping promotions or bundle offers. These promotions apply
only where specified and may be withdrawn or amended at any time.

Order Tracking
Where available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

GRE3N Wellness is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather events or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be resent due to incorrect address details supplied by the customer.
