RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

At GRE3N Wellness, we take pride in the quality of our products.
Due to the nature of dietary supplements and food products, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

Change of Mind
We do not accept returns or offer refunds where:
• You change your mind
• You ordered the wrong product
• You no longer require the product
• You dislike the flavour, texture or personal experience of the product


Damaged, Incorrect or Faulty Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Photographs showing the damage or fault

Once reviewed, GRE3N Wellness may offer a replacement product, store credit or refund where appropriate.


Packaging Variations
Minor packaging imperfections, cosmetic damage to outer packaging or variations in packaging appearance that do not affect the quality or safety of the product are not considered faults.


Consumer Guarantees Act
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or any other applicable New Zealand consumer protection legislation.
